Not just a shop, but a place you can feel, where connection is constant and everything's real. With markets and pop-ups, with seasons that change, with makers and neighbors, familiar, yet strange. A place to come back to, again and again, where community grows as strangers turn friends. Delicate Mercantile, more than retail you see, it's a gathering place, just as it was meant to be.
Our Story

A small-town general store, made for gathering

Inspired by old general stores, the Mercantile is a place to wander, discover and stay awhile. Our shelves hold the work of carefully selected local vendors: goods for your home, your family and the moments in between.

We host markets, pop-ups, youth entrepreneurs and community events that bring Richlands together.

We’re a locally owned, family-run business. Our owner has been a paramedic for 25 years, still serves today, and has spent her whole career giving back to this community. Her husband, Sammy, followed in his dad’s footsteps into law enforcement.

Come on in, you’re always welcome.
